1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 5gbd platform, including the website at 5gbd.click and the 5gbd Android app. They apply to all games, betting markets, promotions, payment transactions, and customer support interactions on the platform.

When you tick the agreement box during registration, you enter into a binding agreement with 5gbd. Using the platform after any published update to these terms also counts as acceptance of the revised version. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another person, you personally accept these terms on their behalf.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To open a 5gbd account, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and continuously while your account remains open:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are a resident of Bangladesh or a jurisdiction where accessing this platform is not prohibited by local law.
• You are registering for yourself, not on behalf of another person.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list or barred from gambling by a court order or legal authority.
• You have not previously had a 5gbd account closed for rule violations.

5gbd reserves the right to ask for proof of eligibility at any time. Accounts opened by underage users will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited.

3. Account Rules and Responsibilities

One Account Per Person

Each person may hold only one active 5gbd account. Duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same payment method, or same household — will be merged or closed. Any bonuses obtained through duplicate accounts will be voided.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials private. 5gbd will never ask for your password by email, chat, or phone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us at [email protected] immediately. All activity carried out using your credentials is treated as authorized by you unless you have reported a security breach in writing.

Accurate Information

You must provide truthful, current details during registration and update them promptly if they change. Providing false information — especially regarding age or identity — is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

5gbd accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and Bank Transfer. You must only use payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will trigger a KYC review or account restriction.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. First-time withdrawals may take up to 1 hour while your account undergoes an initial verification check. Subsequent approved withdrawals are typically credited within 31 minutes.

5gbd does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own fees — check with them directly. 5gbd is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment services.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

All bonuses issued by 5gbd — including the welcome bonus, reload offers, and cashback — are subject to a wagering requirement of 16× the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be requested. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳16,000 in eligible wagers to unlock for withdrawal.

Welcome Bonus

New accounts are eligible for a 130% first deposit bonus, up to a maximum of ৳12,000. The bonus is credited automatically after your first deposit clears. The bonus and the deposit amount must both be wagered 16 times. The offer expires 7 days after it is issued; any unused portion is removed from your account.

Reload and Cashback

Existing members may receive a 9% reload bonus on qualifying deposits. A daily cashback of 1% is applied to net losses from the previous calendar day and credited by 10:00 AM (UTC+06). Cashback credits carry the same 16× wagering requirement.

General Bonus Rules

• Only one bonus may be active at a time. Claiming a new bonus before completing the current one will void the current bonus.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to another account.
• 5gbd may withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, except for bonuses already credited to your account.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or abuse of multiple accounts will be cancelled and balances forfeited.

6. Gameplay and Betting Rules

All game outcomes on 5gbd are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live casino games, by real dealers operating under independent oversight. Results are final once a game round closes. If a technical fault interrupts a round, 5gbd will either restore the game to its pre-fault state or cancel the round and return the stake.

Each game carries its own minimum and maximum bet limits. Players should check these in the game lobby before placing bets. Bets exceeding the published maximum may be reduced or voided by the system without prior notice. The stated RTP percentages for games are long-run theoretical values, not a guarantee of returns within any single session.

7. Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 5gbd. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where applicable:

• Using automated scripts, bots, or any software that simulates human play or exploits game logic.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Using payment methods you do not have legal authority to operate.
• Attempting to exploit errors, glitches, or mathematical loopholes in games or payment flows.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age, location, or financial status.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts 5gbd's systems, servers, or customer experience.
• Opening or operating accounts on behalf of a third party for any reason.

8. Verification (KYC) Requirements

5gbd is required to verify the identity of all players before processing their first withdrawal. You will be asked to submit one of the following documents:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving Licence

Documents must be clear, unedited photos or scans showing your full name, date of birth, and photo. KYC reviews are typically completed within 12 hours of submission. Withdrawals are held until verification is approved. 5gbd may request additional documents (such as proof of payment method) if the initial submission raises questions. Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of account opening may result in account suspension.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

5gbd may suspend or permanently close an account at any time if there is evidence of rule violations, fraud, suspected money laundering, or any conduct harmful to the platform or other players. In cases of confirmed fraud, all balances in the account — including remaining deposits — may be forfeited.

10. Limitation of Liability

5gbd provides its platform on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. 5gbd is not liable for losses arising from:

• Internet connection failures or delays on your end.
• Incorrect decisions made by the player during gameplay.
• Delays in third-party payment processing.
• Force majeure events — including natural disasters, government actions, or infrastructure failures — that are outside our control.

In all cases, 5gbd's maximum liability to any individual player for any single incident is capped at the value of that player's verified real-money balance at the time the incident occurred.
